A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. I’ll provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision. Starting at $300.

Home Maintenance

A Home Maintenance Inspection service provides a comprehensive assessment of the overall condition of your home. I inspect the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other systems to ensure that everything

is working properly and safely. I also point out the main shut-off valves and review any safety hazards that may exist, along with ideas on how to address them. I will provide you with a detailed report that includes  an overview of the condition of your home and any recommended repairs or maintenance. Whether you want to assure that your home is safe, prevent disasters, prioritize upgrades or simply keep your home in tiptop shape, an annual Home Maintenance Inspection is a great value!

Benefits of Our Inspection Services

Investing in a professional inspection is one of the best ways to look out for your physical safety and that of those who occupy your property, as well as to protect the financial security of your investment.

Benefits include:

Savings: (If you are buying a property) A pre-purchase inspection can reveal its true potential cost, including needed repairs, giving you room to negotiate, if necessary.

Pre-listing inspections: (If you are selling a property) You can be made aware of issues in time to assess and address them before they become a deal breaker during the sales process. A detailed inspection report can add validity to your listing and potentially more value to the overall asking price.  Knowing that there will be no surprises may improve the likelihood of a sale.

Early warning alerts: (If you will continue to own your property)  Inspections can uncover and isolate signs of potential issues before they become critical, costly or cause a dangerous situation.

Help with planned upgrades and maintenance: A properly-conducted inspection will help property owners and potential buyers determine priorities and navigate what their next expenditure will be.

Safety: Knowing that your property is safe will give you and other occupants peace of mind.

We will help you understand the overall health of your property. Any damage, wear, or hazards will be uncovered and detailed in the report so you can make informed financial decisions. For more information about the benefits of working with AAA Reliable Inspections, contact us today!
